Your music stays yours. Only upload what you have the rights to, be you (not someone else), and play fair. We'll keep the Studio running as well as we can and tell you before anything big changes.
Who we are
Loudr Studio is run by Loudr Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17307111, at 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London W1W 5PF. Contact us at promise@loudr.studio. By making an account you agree to these terms and to our privacy notice.
Your account
- You must be 13 or older. If you're under 18, check with a parent or guardian first.
- Keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
- Your artist page must be you, or an artist you're allowed to act for. Don't claim another artist's name or page. We can rename or remove a page that pretends to be someone else.
Your music and content
- You keep every right you have in your songs, lyrics, photos and footage.
- Only upload, link or bring in material you own or have permission to use, including songs you bring in from Spotify. Don't upload anything unlawful, hateful, sexual, violent, or that breaks someone else's rights.
- You give Loudr permission to store, process and show your content so the Studio can work: writing lyrics, making videos, and showing your artist page to the public. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from copies people have already shared.
- Videos you make are yours to post anywhere. Free plan videos carry the Loudr watermark.
Footage, fonts and looks
Stock clips come from Pexels and Pixabay under their own licences, and Loudr's own library is made and owned by Loudr. You can use them in videos you make with Loudr Studio. Don't download the clips to sell or share them on their own. Lyric looks and motion styles are Loudr's; you can use them in your videos, not copy them into other products.
Plans and credits
- The Guest List is free. Paid plans add more videos, songs and tools, as shown on the Plans page.
- Card payments aren't open yet, so no one is charged. Before you pay for anything, we'll show the price, when it renews and how to cancel, and you'll have the cancellation rights the law gives you.
- The Loudr team may give you a test plan for a set time. It's free and ends on its date, when your account goes back to the Guest List. What you made stays yours.
- Credits have no cash value and can't be swapped or refunded, except where the law says otherwise.
Playing fair
Don't try to get around plan limits, break into other accounts, overload the service, scrape it, or use it to send spam. We can pause or close an account that does, and we'll tell you why unless the law stops us.
Reporting a problem
If something on Loudr breaks your copyright or the law, email promise@loudr.studio with a link to it and what's wrong. We'll look quickly and remove it if it shouldn't be there.
The service
We work hard to keep Loudr Studio running, but it's offered as it is and we can't promise it will never go down or that every video will be perfect. Keep your own copies of anything important. We may change features, and we'll give notice before removing something you pay for.
Liability
Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't let us limit, and nothing takes away your statutory rights as a consumer. Otherwise, we aren't liable for loss of profits, streams, followers or opportunities, or for loss you couldn't have expected when you signed up. If you're using Loudr for a business, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. That removes your account and everything in it. We can close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why where we can.
Changes and the law
We'll post changes here and update the date at the top, and tell you in the app before a change that matters takes effect. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
